NOTICE FROM THE CPU TECHNICAL COMMITTEE

On January 1, 2024, the IPF will be implementing changes to the Technical Rules
Book. With the consultation of Hannie Smith, the Chair of the IPF Technical
Commission, and Brock Haywood, the CPU Officiating Chair, we have summarized
the changes and have provided our interpretation below.
Please ensure that this information is provided to your respective provincial
officiating chair, your provincial referees and your provincial members.
